Colleen M. Reid, Architecture & Design, has been providing professional architecture services since 1995. Colleen has worked with us on several projects such as the Mississaugas of the New Credit Community Hall, Walpole Island New Governance Building, Wasauksing First Nation Elders Facility Design, Kettle and Stony Point Heritage Center Design and Specification, Wasauksing First Nation Council Hall and Police Station Design Brief, and the Mnjikaning Day Care Feasibility Report. Colleen has total involvement throughout entire projects. During the design brief conceptual stage, she provides her experience and creativity to conceptually design a facility that meets the clients' needs, in addition, she provides supervision and review of the working drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project goals and all required codes and regulations.
Colleen has been a professor at the OCAD University for 19 years and has recently created and supervised a new materials research library for the Faculty of Design (MRL). For the past three years, Colleen has taught the LEED Certification process and other sustainability approaches to design students. She also has extensive experience in interior design, landscape design and detailed design, with special considerations within the environmental fields.
